With the arsenal of sagacity,
And intention nobly borne,
Two hands-the teachers and the taught-
Sing in harmonious unison.
And the teacher sweat all through,
Until the task all done.
The guru is a fine tree to woo,
More than the jewels of this earthly sojourn.
They water, care and protect,
Until the boughs spread aloft.
Back they seldom take,
Save memories dearly loved.
So are the teachers unto students,
Like MALI’s tireless hand,
Set at work day one thence,-
Lest they trail into no man’s land…!
